Tropical Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is a cool and creamy smoothie drink filled with tropical flavors. It is loaded with protein and so easy to make. This smoothie is perfect as a breakfast meal replacement or a refreshing drink in between meals. 

A smoothie like this makes you feel like you are on a tropical island with its cool and refreshing flavor. It is healthy and loaded with flavor and a huge boost of vitamin C to help build your immunity system. Necessary ingredients include mangos, pineapples, bananas, coconut milk and either some whey protein or a plant-based protein for those who do not consume animal byproducts.

This recipe has less than 10 ingredients, making it easy to make for a college student. Place the pineapple juice, coconut milk, protein powder, banana, frozen mango and frozen pineapple into a blender. Blend until smooth. Stir the smoothie as needed, then pour into a glass. Add additional garnishes, such as shredded coconut flakes, as desired. Enjoy your taste of tropical paradise!
