Hello! I’m Moxie! I’m so excited to finally be on campus. My mom, Elizabeth, told me so much about Elizabethtown College, so I just had to come to see it for myself. 

So far, I’m loving the fact that I have my own room with no other pets. Unfortunately, I have to live with another cat and dog at home. It’s not that I don’t love them, I just prefer my own space. The move from her home to here wasn’t too bad. Probably because my mom’s bonded to me. She found me near her house and immediately took me in, and her family took me to the vet to make sure I was okay. Then they let me come home to relax and get better and the rest is history.

Let’s see, I think my favorite activity is sitting in the windows. I know it sounds stereotypical, but seriously, it’s really nice. It could just be my age, being 10 and all. I like seeing the birds fly from tree to tree. Also, it’s nice to see everyone walking around campus. Maybe one day, I’ll sneak into my mom’s backpack and go to class. I like most people, but if there’s a bad vibe, I’ll probably keep my distance. After a long day of window watching, I like to curl up and take a nap. Believe me, there is no such thing as too many naps. Funny enough, I find myself taking more naps than at home. Maybe I’m picking up some nap vibes from either my mom or her roommate.

Something weird about me? Hmm…I really like popcorn. Like as soon as I hear it popping, I run over to see if I can snag a piece. Of course, I follow my mom over to eat the popcorn. No seriously, I will sit by her side until all the popcorn is gone. If she’s not looking, I’ll stick my head in and help myself to some.

I don’t have any plans this fall, besides napping and bird watching. Well, maybe I’ll watch the “Twilight” saga with my mom. With the cold weather starting to come out, I think it would be the perfect time to binge-watch the movies. My mom says that I’m Edward Cullen based off of this Buzzfeed quiz. Hmm, I wonder how accurate it is. Maybe I can get my mom to make some popcorn too.
