In Issue 18 of the Etownian, Campus Life author Kate Wellons penned an article titled “Bottle Debate: Owala or Stanley?” Since I need to retire my old Pokemon water bottle because of its free standing straw that is a recipe for disaster if you’re clumsy like me (another reason I am on the Owala), I decided to buy an Owala. However, there were so many colors that it was hard to choose the perfect one! So, in order to make your life easier when jumping on the latest trend, here is what color Owala you should buy based on your zodiac sign. Don’t forget to look at your sun, moon and rising for more options!
Aries- You are Gemstone Chic. This bottle is reminiscent of a desert, with the sandy, orange base and bright colors, like blue, pink and purple, on top. It’s bold but in a subtle way. When you forget to wash it for a few weeks, it probably won’t show up on this bottle.
Taurus- You are Candy Coated. You will love the pastel pinks this water bottle has. It’s simple and classy, making it the perfect water bottle to bring to class or on your next shopping trip. You need to stay hydrated while you’re carrying all of those bags!
Gemini- You are the special edition Iron Man bottle from the Marvel x Owala collaboration. Besides the tiny Iron Man symbol, most people won’t recognize it as Marvel merchandise. Perfect for you to indulge in your hobby in an ‘adult’ way.
Cancer- You are Jetski. The color reminds me of a crab, which is your symbol. It’s obviously got the red to represent the crab’s (Think Sebastian from “The Little Mermaid”), but the blue and green play into the water elements.

Libra- You are Lemon Limeade. This Owala mixes a bold yellow with a pale green and tan. It’s the right balance of bright and pastel, perfect since we all know how much you desire harmony in your life.

Pisces- You are the Valentine’s Day collaboration with Target. This one is hard to find now that we have some distance from the holiday, but the hunt will be worth it when you see the pink hearts against the red background.
